New Year New you in Christ - Week 1


Welcome to the first week of a new you in Christ! The new year is dawning upon us which gives us hope and a chance to change the way we feed our body and our soul.

Maybe you have tried many different things, but nothing has worked for you. Or maybe this is your first time trying to lead a healthy lifestyle. Whereer you are in your journey, I hope that the tips I share with you (which have been tried by me) will help you achieve long term health and wellness. As I mentioned, everything I talk about here are things that I have tried and have worked for me. However, everyone is unique and they may not necessarily work for you. Please be mindful of what you decide to do and always consult with a physician before starting any new fitness and health related regimen.
